A strong, fully functioning immune system is essential for the body to be able to cure itself. The immune system can be strengthened gradually by the inclusion of a wholesome natural diet and natural supplements plus the main ingredient, exercise. If you do not have a strong immune system then minor health concerns scan easily turn into major health concerns.
Child health of any nature is important but children lucky enough to have strong immune systems are almost unaffected so much by every day toxins. The immune system will eliminate these toxins. Proper nutrition is the most important feature of a strong immune system.
Parents must take total responsibility for the health of their child and must not rely solely on a paediatrician to advise them of the best nutrition.
Raw foods are excellent for the immune system and a variety of healthy raw foods is a big plus for the child. Studies have shown that cooked foods can put a strain on the immune system while raw foods will not. The experiments showed that whereas there were more white blood cells found in the intestines after eating cooked foods there was no change following the digestion of raw foods.
